During the 2007-08 school year, grade ten, eleven, and twelve students, as well as adult students, are eligible to take the CAHSEE unless they have previously passed the exam. Students only retake the part(s) of the exam not passed. Only grade twelve and adult students may be tested during the July administration.
Individual student results are returned to school districts approximately six weeks after the exam materials are received by the contractor for scoring. Therefore, student results from the May 2008 administration of the CAHSEE will arrive in school districts in late June.
